When Ken Baylous and his team at the Huntington Sanitary Board needed to quickly devise a system to handle overages at a wastewater treatment plant, they turned to Service Pump and Supply’s rental division to help them solve the problem. We worked with them to provide a rental pump capable of pumping from their thickener to a BCR Clean B mobile treatment system. To regulate flow to the Clean B system, we powered the pump through an existing onsite setup controlled by a variable frequency drive (VFD). The result? A more efficient system that can be scaled to handle increased loads.
